Subscription Renewal Order Form

This form below is for current subscribers who wish to pay online to renew their subscription. Annual subscriptions are $40.00 (Indiana addresses) or $45.00 (out-of-state addresses) for 51 issues (each week except for Christmas week). Your payment will be applied to your current expiration date. If you would like more information about your subscription period, please email scox@thebanneronline.com. The Banner accepts online Visa and Mastercard payments. Other credit cards may be accepted for online payments through our PayPal account (an email will be sent to you later with instructions). If you choose a method other than paying online with a credit card, your payment is expected no later than 10 days from the date of this order, or from your current expiration date (if later), to avoid cancellation.
