 Lady Panthers 8th in Golf Sectional

October 1, 2008 - Knightstown’s girls golf team shot a 434 to finish in a tie with Union County for eighth place in the 10-team Richmond Sectional last weekend.

Pam Crawford led the Lady Panthers with a 48-49, for a 97. She parred three holes on the day. Molly Rigdon shot a 107, Abbi Haines had a 112, Ashley Darling 118 and Mahaley Hagy a 124.

The round of 434 was the best score the Lady Panthers had posted this season.

Richmond won the sectional with a team score of 314.
