 Burton Leads Reds Past D'Backs 6-4

May 14, 2008 - Tyler Burton went 3-for-3 with two runs and two RBIs and Lucas Lewis went 3-for-3 with two runs to lead the Knightstown Fire Department Reds to a 6-4 win over the Locker Trucking Diamondbacks in boys minor league baseball action at the Optimist Club diamonds last week.

The Reds also got two hits and a run from Kaleb Burton and Jon Simmons had a hit and scored the other run for the winners. Also recording base hits for the Reds was Jackson Lukens, A.J. Dalton, Cameron Jones, Zach Wolfram, Cameron Dean and Zach McIntyre. Cameron Dennis and Zach Evans also played well for the Reds, who upped their record to 3-0 on the season.

There were no individual player results reported for the Diamondbacks.
