Carthage Literary Circle Meets
May 21, 2008 - The Carthage Literary Circle met May 13 at the Henry Henley Public Library in Carthage.
Jim Neal led the discussion on a book title, Exile, by Richard North Patterson. Neal presented the topic and led the discussion of the book. This book is full of twists and turns and suspense. He highly recommended the book. Everyone enjoyed the discussion and Neal read some of the passages.
Those present were Marlin and Mardell Wilson, Kim Heim, Marlene Eickhoff, Grace Pitts, Joan Gardner, Tom and Claire Mercer, Jim and Judy Neal, and Denise Akers. The next meeting will be June 10 at 6:30 p.m. with Barbara Proctor offering the program.
