Amanda Johnson, Daniel Houchens Engaged

Mark and Cindy Johnson of Carthage are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Amanda Marie, to Daniel Houchens, son of Dennis and Peggy Houchins of Zionsville.
The couple is planning a Dec. 20, 2008, wedding at St. Rose Catholic Church in Knightstown.
The bride-elect is a Knightstown High School graduate and a 2006 Indiana University graduate. She is currently enrolled in medical school at IU.
The prospective bridegroom is a Zionsville High School graduate and will graduate in May from Indiana University with a degree in finance.
