Local Author Publishes Religious Book
February 28, 2007 - Local author, Angela Hays Moore, of Knightstown, will soon be releasing her new children's book, "Maggie Seeks the Kingdom of God."
The story itself covers unchartered waters on a topic rarely written or preached about, the Kingdom of God. The story delightfully captures imaginations as Maggie follows her mommy around the house, asking questions about the Kingdom of God. As Mommy does her daily household chores, she answers Maggie's questions about what Jesus preached; what the Kingdom of God is; and what it will be like.
Hays Moore currently resides in Knightstown with her husband, Tony, and their five children. She has also embarked on a guest-speaking career to promote her new book. Hays Moore has a bachelor's degree in finance and in the last 13 years has enjoyed serving in children's ministries, women's ministries and worship. She has had articles published in various publications and published a newsletter, Mommy & Me that had nationwide distribution for over three years. The newsletter shared her experience as a Christian wife and mother.
