 Carolyn Anne Grider

 November 12, 1933 - September 26, 2009

 

Carolyn Ann Grider, 75, of Greenfield, formerly of Knightstown, died Sept. 26 at Golden Living Center in Greenfield.

She was born Nov. 12, 1933, in Charlottesville, a daughter of the late Ivan and Cophene (Lukens) McDaniel.

Mrs. Grider was a homemaker and a member of Greenfield Church of Christ.

Survivors include four children, Timothy (wife, Nancy) Fout of Pendleton, Charla (husband, Rick) Johnson of Willow Branch, Randy Fout of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Tracey (husband, John) Reilly of Greenfield; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorcas Hobbs of Shelbyville, Ky.; and a brother, Richard McDaniel of Greenfield.

Funeral services were Sept. 29 at Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Patrick McDaniel officiating. Burial followed at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Visitation was Sept. 28 at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
