 John M. Wallick

 Dec. 6, 1940 - Aug. 3, 2009

John M. Wallick, 68, of New Castle, died August 3 in Indianapolis.

He was born Dec. 6, 1940, in Ecorse, Mich., a son of the late John E. and Virginia (Stokes) Wallick.

Mr. Wallick was an active member of New Castle Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. He enjoyed golfing, debating and reading. He also enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife, Jeneva (Clements) Wallick of New Castle; three sons, George (wife, Pam) Wood of Indianapolis, Michael (wife, Karen) Wallick of Indianapolis and Gregory (wife, Susie) Wallick of Coloradao; five daughters, Deborah Wallick of Colorado, Jennifer (husband, Kevin) Budke of Georgia, Virginia Crowell of Arizona, JoAnna (husband, Keith) Wall of New Castle and Jeanvieve Wallick of New Castle; 24 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; a brother, James (wife, Jan) Wallick of Indianapolis; three sisters, Janice Whitton of Indianapolis, Janine Wallick of Indianapolis and Jeanette Meeks of California; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 8, at New Castle Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness. Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown is handling arrangements.
