 Mary H. Brown

 Jan. 13, 1945 – Apr. 29, 2009

Mary H. Brown photo    Mary H. Brown, 64, of Anderson, died April 29 at St. John’s Health System in Anderson.
     She was born Jan. 13, 1945, a daughter of the late Casey Casebier and Helen L. Osborne, but was raised by her stepfather, Lewis M. Veach and her mother.
     Mrs. Brown attended Anderson High School and was later a stay-at-home mother. She also worked at Stoops Express in Daleville. Mrs. Brown was known as an avid reader who enjoyed traveling, music and movies. She enjoyed spending time with her family.
     Survivors include her husband, Eugene Brown; her children, Scott (wife, Bryanna) Brown and Gina; four grandchildren, Emily, Ryan, Sophia and Tanner; her mother, Helen (husband, Glen); and two sisters, Janie Hiday and Susie Battreal.
     In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Lewis Veach.
    Funeral services were May 2 at Robert D. Loose Funeral Home in Anderson. Burial followed at Grovelawn Cemetery in Pendleton. Visitation was May 2 at the funeral home.
     Memorial contributions may be made to J.T.’s Hand Neonatal Foundation, 91 W. 86th St., Indianapolis.
