 Lois Elaine Miller

 Nov. 12, 1952 – Feb. 8, 2009

Lois Elaine Miller, 56, of Wilkinson, died February 8 at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born Nov. 12, 1952, in Radford, Va., a daughter of the late Harold Dalton and Effie (Showalter) Dalton.

Mrs. Millis was an avid volunteer in various organizations, including the Parent Teacher Association. She was known as a loving mother and homemaker.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Millis of Wilkinson; a son, David Millis of Wilkinson; a daughter, Jasmine (husband, John) Quiett of Greenfield; a granddaughter, Gwenyvere of Greenfield; two brothers, Lowell (wife, Nina) Dalton of Blacksburg, Va., and Titus (wife, Glenda) Dalton of Christiansburg, Va.; a niece; and one nephew.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Graveside funeral services are at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 14, At McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson . Visitation is 1 p.m. until time of services at Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson. Memorial contributions may be made to the family of Lois Elaine Millis, P.O. Box 71, Wilkinson, IN 46186.
