 Teresa Ann Meyers

 July 31, 1965 – Jan. 7, 2009

Teresa Ann Meyers, 43, of Wheatfield, formerly of Knightstown, died January 7.

She was born July 31, 1965, in Decatur, a daughter of the late Richard and Vera (Harvey) Meyers.

Miss Meyers was employed as a cook and assisted with the recycling unit in Wheatfield. She was a resident at the Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Children’s Home from 1973-1984. She was a 1984 Morton Memorial High School graduate.

Survivors include two children, Jazmye and Gavin Mehay of Wheatfield; and four sisters, Arlene Mendoza, Betty Owens, Billy Jo Meyers of Knightstown and Angie Moore, also of Knightstown.

Funeral services were January 10 at Boersma Funeral Home in Wheatfield with Pastor Roger Sculley officiating. Visitation was January 10 at the funeral home. Cremation followed.
