Judith A. Richmonde

Judith A. Richmond, 73, of Carthage, died December 28.
She was born May 6, 1935, in Hancock County, a daughter of the late Hugh Martin and Hazel Marie (Bramel) Roberts.
Mrs. Richmond was an active member of Raysville Friends Church. She retired from the Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Children’s Home in Knightstown.
Survivors include her husband, Gene Richmond of Carthage; two daughters, Lisa (husband, Paul) Christenson of Knightstown and Tena (husband, Butch) Morez of Fortville; two grandchildren, Jared (wife, Stacy) Buckley of Greenfield and Katie Morez of Fortville; two great-grandchildren, Addison and Dexter Buckley of Greenfield; a sister, Beth (husband, John) Goble of Knightstown; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Louis Morez.
Funeral services were December 31 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown with Pastor Michael Sherman officiating. Burial followed at Walnut Ridge Cemetery near Carthage. Visitation was December 30 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association or Raysville Friends Church with envelopes available at the funeral home.
