 Joseph T. Mueller

 Feb. 8, 1948 – Oct. 27, 2008

Joseph T. Mueller, 60, died October 27 at Ellison House in Greenfield.

He was born Feb. 8, 1948, in Washington, Mo., a son of the late Herbert and Marion (Buskuski) Mueller.

Mr. Mueller was a 1966 Pacific High School (Missouri) graduate. He served in the U.S. Army from 1966-1968. Mr. Mueller was a member of Knightstown United Methodist Church and 40-year member of Knightstown American Legion Post 152. Employed by the Town of Knightstown for several years, he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandchildren. His hobbies included woodworking and barbecuing for charities.

Survivors include two sons, Joseph (wife, Michele) Mueller, Jr., of Wilkinson and James (wife, Holly) Mueller of Fishers; a daughter, Jacqueline Mueller of Rushville; five grandchildren, Sarah and Jacob Mueller of Wilkinson, Kayla and Emma Mueller of Fishers and Matthew Mueller of Rushville; a brother, Paul (wife, Roseanne) Mueller of Pacific, Mo.; two nieces, Rhonda Mueller and Theresa Mueller of Missouri; and a nephew, David Mueller of Missouri.

Funeral services were October 31 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown with Rev. Kenneth Wells officiating. Burial followed at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown with full military graveside rites conducted by Knightstown American Legion Post 152. Visitation was October 30 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Knightstown United Methodist Church.
