 Stephen Lynn Colclazier

 July 27, 1972 – Sept. 20, 2008

Stephen Lynn Colclazier photo    Stephen Lynn Colclazier, 36, of New Castle, died September 20 at Henry County Memorial Hospital in New Castle.
     He was born July 27, 1972, in Greenfield, a son of Michael L. and Carol (Johnson) Colclazier of Knightstown.
     Mr. Colclazier worked in construction most of his life. He was known as someone who enjoyed his work. He also enjoyed fishing, collecting model cars and spending time with his daughters.
     Survivors include his parents, Michael and Carol Colclazier of Knightstown; a sister, Beth Stone of Knightstown; two daughters, Chasity Vaughn and Macy Colclazier, both of Greenfield; two nieces, Hannah Colclazier of Kennard and Kendra Stone of Knightstown; a great-niece, Toni Lee Ritchie of Kennard; maternal grandparents, Zelmar and Dorothy Johnson of Cleveland; and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
     He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leonard Ralph and Ruth Lorraine Colclazier; and a cousin, Christina Colclazier.
     Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 24, at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown with Rev. Early Hall officiating. Burial will follow at Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Visitation was September 23 at the funeral home.
