 Norma Jean Noble

 April 19, 1936 – Aug. 22, 2008

Norma Jean Noble photo    Norma Jean Noble, 72, of Knightstown, died August 22.
    She was born April 19, 1936, in Indianapolis, a daughter of the late Jesse James and Ollie Mae (Loveall) Thompson.
     Mrs. Noble was a beautician who owned and operated Norma Jean’s Beauty Salon for several years in Knightstown. She worked at Western Electric and Flat Rock River Lodge. Mrs. Noble was known as a person who enjoyed painting, hummingbirds and spending time outdoors. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
     Survivors include her husband, Norman E. Noble of Knightstown; a daughter, Brenda Jean (husband, Bobby) Eoff of Knightstown; a stepdaughter, Karen (husband, Jeff) Geiger of Dayton, Ohio; five grandchildren, Breanna Jean and Bryce Michael Eoff of Knightstown and Ethan Jeffrey, Adam Richard and Jared Michael Geiger of Dayton; a sister, Phyllis (husband, Romie) Littleton of Knightstown; three nieces, Sandy Littleton, Nova Anderson and Marshelle Sims; and three nephews, Romie Littleton Jr., Tim Littleton and Rodney Littleton.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Wayne Allen Estell.
     Funeral services were August 25 at Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service in Knightstown with Pastor Randy Gross officiating. Burial followed in Glen Cove Cemetery. Visitation was August 24 at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
