Jean M. Woodmansee

Nov. 5, 1927 – March 12, 2008

Jean Margaret Woodmansee, 80, of Middletown, died March 12 at Middletown Health Care.

She was born Nov. 5, 1927, in Detroit, Mich., a daughter of the late Everett and Eleanor (Cools) Blair.

Ms. Woodmansee graduated from East Detroit High School and was a member of Christ Fellowship Church near Knightstown. She was a retired nurse’s assistant who worked for many years as a home health care provider. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include two sons, David McColl of Florida and James McColl of Michigan; a daughter, Mary Cordle of Middletown; two brothers, James Blair of Michigan and Bert Blair of Texas; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Duane Woodmansee.

Funeral services were March 15 at Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Bill Roberts officiating. There was no visitation. Memorial contributions may be made to Jean Woodmansee in care of Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson.
