Elizabeth Judge Condo

July 26, 1920 – May 20, 2006

Elizabeth Judge Condo, 85, of Wilkinson, died Saturday, May 20, at Brandywine Manor Nursing Home in Greenfield.

She was born July 26, 1920, in Shirley, a daughter of the late Orville and Nona (Courtney) Judge.

Mrs. Condo was co-owner of Condo & Son Funeral Home and Ambulance Service and co-owner of Condo Farms. She was a member of Shirley-Wilkinson United Methodist Church and the Shirley Order of the Eastern Star #492. She was a charter member of the Lilac Literary Club. Mrs. Condo was a graduate of Wilkinson High School and a past board member of the Hancock Memorial Hospital Foundation. She was an avid euchre player who enjoy the friendship of many people in surrounding communities.

Survivors include a son, George (wife, Amy) Condo of Wilkinson; a granddaughter, Susan (husband, David) Stillinger; a grandson, Harold Condo; two great-grandsons, Joshua and Jordan Stillinger of Wilkinson; two nephews, Richard (wife, Carolyn) Hanna of Shirley and Myron (wife, Cathy) Hanna of Crawfordsville; a niece, Annalee (husband, Bill) Bennett of Wilkinson; a son-in-law, Donald E. Rigney of Greenfield; and special family, Bob and Carol Applegate of Wilkinson.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Russell Yetter, Jr.; a second husband, Harold E. Condo; a daughter, Georgeanna Rigney; and a sister, Thelma Hanna.

Funeral services and Eastern Star services were at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, at Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Pastor Jeff Mair officiating. Burial followed in Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Visitation was Tuesday, May 23. Memorial contributions may be made to Shirley-Wilkinson United Methodist Church or Shirley Order of the Eastern Star #492.
