Mirlie Ellen Sirosky

Mirlie Ellen Sirosky, 89, of Springfield, Ohio, died Sunday, Feb. 4, at Castle Knoll Nursing Home in Springfield.
She was born Feb. 14, 1916, in Pulaski County, Ky., a daughter of the late Edgar and Mary (Mayfield) Dick.
Mrs. Sirosky lived in Springfield for the last four years, having moved there from Greenfield. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Rose Catholic Church in Knightstown.
Survivors include two sons, Raymond (wife, Marilyn) Sirosky of Greenfield and James F. Sirosky of Kennard; one brother; one sister, 18 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis Sirosky; one son; one daughter; one brother; one sister; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A mass took place at St. Rose Catholic Church in Knightstown on Wednesday, Feb. 8, at 10 a.m. A rosary service took place at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, with Rev. Joe Rautemberg officiating. Visitation was 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 7, at Todd Funeral Home in Knightstown. Burial took place at Park Cemetery following the mass.
