Victoria L. Shaw

Dec. 13, 1960 – Dec. 18, 2003

Victoria L. Shaw, 43, a resident of Anderson, died Thursday, December 18 at her residence. She was born December 13, 1960 in Greenfield, a daughter of James A. and Linda L. (Messersmith) Shaw.

Ms. Shaw was a graduate of Madison Heights High School and Alexandria School of Scientific Therapeutics. She had worked at Madison County Abstract and Owens Brockway at Lapel and was a member of the Pendleton Lyons Club.

Survivors include her mother, Linda Shaw of Anderson; one sister, Valerie Shaw of Anderson, one uncle, Mike Messersmith of Dunkirk; one aunt, Becky Watson of Muncie; and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father, James Shaw; paternal grandparents, James M. and Frances Shaw; maternal grandfather, Leonard Messersmith; and maternal grandmother, Evelyn Semans.

Graveside services were held Saturday, December 20 at McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Visitation was held prior to the services on Saturday.

Memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice.
