Dave DeWitt
June 11, 1967 – Sept. 30, 2003
Dave DeWitt, 36, a resident of Rushville died Tuesday, September 30. He was born June 11, 1967 in Cocosolo, Panama, the son of Richard Lee Dewitt and Aurelia M. Young DeWitt.
Mr. DeWitt was a 1986 graduate of Knightstown High School. He was a factory worker at Jefferson Smurfit Corp. in Carthage.
Survivors include his father, Rick DeWitt of Carthage; mother Aurelia M. DeWitt of Manilla; one sister, Justina (husband Shawn) Clay of Carrolton; and two nephews, Alex and Adam Clay of Carrolton.
Following cremation, a Mass of Remembrance will be held at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday, October 8) at St. Rose Catholic Church in Knightstown with Rev. Bill Ehalt officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service. Todd Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
