Judith Ann Polston

Sept. 5, 1941 – Sept. 15, 2003

Judith Ann Polston, 62, a resident of Shirley, died Monday, September 15 at her home. She was born September 15, 1941 in Maple Valley, a daughter of the late Otho Carl and Hazel (Zachary) Stone.

Mrs. Polston was the owner and manager of Ben’s Bar and Judy’s Dairy Dip in Shirley.

She is survived by her husband, Benjamin Polston of Shirley; two daughters, Dena Polston of Muncie and Susan (husband Ed) Goff of Shirley; two grandchildren, Amber and Josh Goff of Shirley; a sister, Barbara  (husband Gene) Rivers of Spiceland; four brothers, Carl (wife Nina) Stone, Jr. of Cartersville, Ga., Ronnie (wife Mary) Stone of Bainbridge, Ga., Jack Stone of Hudson, Fla. and Dean (wife June) Stone of Marietta, Ga.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Connie Meece.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, September 18 in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Pastor Bill Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson.

Friends may call at the funeral home today (Wednesday, September 17) from 2-8 p.m.
