Arthur L. McKinley

Aug. 11, 1916 - June 21, 2003

Arthur L. McKinley, 86, a resident of Greenfield, died Saturday, June 21 in Hancock Memorial Hospital. He was born August 11, 1916 in Indiana, a son of the late Alfred and Lillian (Ross) McKinley.

Mr. McKinley retired from Delco Remy in Anderson and is a member of the United Methodist Church in Ogden.

He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Nellie O. McKinley of Greenfield; a son, Fred McKinley of Greenfield; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ethel Rose Johns of Vevay, and Marcella Henry of Dillsboro; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a son, Gene McKinley in 2002; three brothers and one sister.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today (Wednesday, June 25) in the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Pastor Melvin Mozingo officiating. Burial will follow in Glen Cove Cemetery in Knightstown. Visitation for family and friends was held at the funeral home Tuesday, June 24.
