Ronald L. Bridges

Nov. 10, 1951 - May 13, 2003

Former Knightstown resident Ronald L. Bridges, 51, of Malad, Idaho, died unexpectedly on May 13. He was born November 10, 1951 in New Castle, a son of Lowell E. and JoAnn (Bullard) Bridges of Knightstown.

Mr. Bridges worked for several years for Eastman Kodak. He was a 1969 Knightstown High School graduate. The U.S. Air Force veteran was a member of the American Legion and was an avid hunter.

Survivors besides his parents are his children, Ronald T. Bridges, Staci (husband Doug) Emerson, both of Knightstown, Matthew L. Bridges Utah, and Crystal Bridges of Idaho; a brother Steve (wife Margie) Bridges of Knightstown; two sisters, Susie (husband Devin) Keefer, and Beth (husband Carlos) Rigdon, both of Knightstown; three grandsons, Sy, Seth and Wes Emerson; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Avery and Hazel Bridges and Paul and Kathleen Bullard.

Memorial services were held at 6:30 p.m. Monday, May 19 at Faith Chapel on Morgan St. in Knightstown.
