James Buster Fultz

James Buster Fultz, 80, a resident of Kennard, died Sunday, January 19 at The Waters in New Castle. He was born September 22, 1922 in Rown County, Ky., a son of the late Frank and Eliza (Ham) Fultz.
Mr. Fultz was custodian at the Kennard Elementary School and had worked for Ingersol Steel and Chrysler Corp. He was a veteran of WW II, serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Betty (Hill) Fultz of Kennard; three daughters, Annie (husband Steve) Jackson of Kennard, and twin daughters, Margaret and Margie Fultz of Kennard; four sons, Ralph (wife Bobby) of Kennard, Steve (wife Lynn) of Kennard, Dick (wife Linda) of Ft. Campbell, Ky., and Sam (wife Phyllis) of Kennard; 14 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Conley, Carrie Thompson, Doll Erwin and Mae Davis; four brothers, Charlie, Evertt, John and Sam Fultz; and one grandson, Michael Allen Fultz.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday, January 22) at the Condo & Son Funeral Home in Wilkinson with Rev. Dilard Cole officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hills Memory Gardens Cemetery near New Castle with military services at the gravesite. Visitation was held at the funeral home Tuesday, January 21.
