Parmer Lemuel Lee

Parmer Lemuel Lee, 89, of Washington, died Sunday, March 11 at Daviess Community Hospital.
He was born April 9, 1911, a son of the late John Marshal and Daisy Inez (Fisher) Lee.
Mr. Lee was a farmer and carpenter. He was a member of the Mount Nebo United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Berniece Shafer Lee; one son, William E. lee of Knightstown; three daughters, Jeaneete E. DeVine of Odon, Shirley A. Wade of Washington, and Sharon K. Akles of Shoals; one brother, David Lee of Switz City; 18 grandchildren and 44 great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, march 14 at the Mount Nebo United Methodist Church. Visitation was held from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 at Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home in Bloomfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mathew E. Lee 4-H Memorial Scholarship Fund.
