Raymond A. Pasko
May 11, 1939 – Mar. 1, 2001
Raymond A. Pasko, 61, of rural Wilkinson, died March 1 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis following a brief illness.
He was born May 11, 1939 in Huntington, a son of Edwin Pasko and the Helen (Scott) Pasko.
The 1957 graduate of Wilkinson High School worked for Farmers Elevator in Oakville as a grain merchant and had been in the grain business for over 45 years. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Shirley Wilkinson Community United Methodist Church, Shirley Masonic Lodge $531 and Shirley Eastern Star #492.
He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Annabelle Pasko; two daughters, Amy (husband, Brandon) Blackwell, Las Vegas, NV, and Anissa (husband, Chris) Conley of Alexandria; his father and step-mother, Edwin and Ethel Pasko of Shirley; a step-daughter, Debbie (husband, Mike) Walker of Charlottesville; a stepson, Dewayne Wilson of Wilkinson; 9 grandchildren; a brother, Rex Pasko of Pendleton; two sisters, Barbara Willis of Wilkinson and Ruth Almeida of New Palestine; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were held March 5 in the Shirley-Wilkinson Community United Methodist Church in Shirley, with burial in McCray Cemetery in Wilkinson. Visitation was Sunday from 2-8 p.m. at the Condo & Son Funeral Home.
