County Planning Commission Schedule July 24 Meeting

July 16, 2008 - The Henry County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Henry County Annex Meeting Room, 101 South 12th Street, New Castle, Thursday July 24, at 7 p.m. to consider the following case.

Case B: 2075 - Rick and Sharon Webb, P.O. Box 206, New Castle, are requesting to rezone 5.67 acres of ground from Agriculture (A-1) to Rural Residential (RR) for a future home site. They are splitting from an original tract of land that contained 15.24 acres. The property is located at 3386 East U.S. Hwy. 36, New Castle, in Prairie Township.

If rezoning is approved, the Webbs are scheduled for a hearing on August 5 before the Henry County Board of Zoning Appeals. They are seeking a variance for inadequate road frontage of 25 ft instead of the required 150 ft.
